Bolivian President Evo Morales has decided that he should sue the United States on behalf of fellow leftist President Maduro of Venezuela. Interesting.
My guess is that Evo is still smoldering about the episode with his airplane. Another guess is that he is trying to stay on center stage and carry the leftist banner for the late, unlamented Hugo Chavez.
